SCOZI

Privacy Policy

Scozi, LLC. Last updated: October 22, 2026

The short version

SCOZI helps youth sports teams share schedules, scores, stats, photos and messages. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

Who uses SCOZI

Coaches create teams and sign in with an email address. Families join a team with a team code from the coach and don’t need an account. Coaches and families are expected to be adults. Players’ information is entered by their coaches and families.

What we collect

What we don’t do

Who can see team information

A team’s schedule, stats, photos and chat can only be seen by that team’s coaches and by people who joined with the team code. Anyone the code is shared with can see it, so coaches should only share it with team families and can make a new code at any time. We recommend using first names and last initials for players.

Parent and guardian contact details are more private. Only that team’s coaches and the admins of the league the team plays in can see them. Families who joined with the team code, referees and anyone with a public link never see them, and they never appear in the team chat, on game pages or in the schedule. A coach or league admin can edit or remove a contact at any time.

Scozi, LLC can also see accounts and team information, including these contacts, when we need to fix a problem or answer a support request. We keep a record each time we do.

Service providers

We use Cloudflare to host the app and store data and photos, Resend to send sign-in codes, invites and the schedule emails families ask for, and Apple and Google to deliver the notifications you turn on. They process data only to run the service.

Keeping and deleting information

Children

SCOZI is meant to be used by adults: coaches and parents or guardians. Children should not create coach accounts. If you believe a child has given us personal information directly, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date above and, for significant changes, tell coaches in the app.
